RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Titan Crew will only accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges on products directly purchased from our website. All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of your purchase.

If a package is damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong or defective items, customer must contact us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment to start the return/exchange process. We will cover the cost of shipping the original package back to us. Once the original package is received back, we will reship your order free of charge.

For all other returns, exchanges or refunds, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping and handling fees to us and for the reshipment.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Our Return Process:

Visit our support page and briefly explain your issue to our support agents to receive a return label* for your product. Then, follow the instructions below to complete the return process.

  1. Print the provided return label.
  2. Pack up the item you're returning. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery.
  3. Attach return label on the package.
  4. Mail your returned item to: ADDRESS HERE
  5. Please email info@bpisports.net to request a refund (buyer does pay for return shipping).

EXCEPTIONS

Titan Crew can only accept returns or exchanges on supplements that are unopened and merchandise that has not been worn or altered.

Free Items

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products acquired for free as part of a promotion.

Missed Deliveries

Titan Crew is not responsible for any costs incurred due to an inability to receive a package from a carrier and will not reship packages returned to us due to missed deliveries. Titan Crew is also not responsible if a package is lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Customs

It is the customers responsibility to know the import regulations and laws within their country PRIOR to ordering. Once an order has shipped, Titan Crew cannot be responsible for customs delays or additional costs, such as duties, taxes, and clearance fees. Each country has different customs fees; these duties, taxes, and fees are usually based on the price, weight, dimensions, and contents of the package being received. The customer is responsible for paying these additional costs and they are IN ADDITION TO the shipping and handling fees paid to us during checkout.

Titan Crew will not reship any international orders due to failure to clear customs. Customer may receive a refund if the goods are returned and received back by Titan Crew. The refund amount will be for total amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling charges.

International Returns/Exchanges

Titan Crew will accept international (non-US or Canada) returns or exchanges. We will refund the customer for the total amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling charges once the items are shipped back and received by Titan Crew. Customer must pay for the return shipping and handling, unless the return is due to defective products or wrong orders. Customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees if the customer would like to do an exchange.


*Titan Crew will only pay for return shipping on defective products or wrong orders. Shipping must be paid by the customer for all other returns.
