Did you know that the number one thing that helps you build muscle isn’t lifting weights? I know it sounds crazy, doesn’t it? It’s true. In order to grow muscles, you have to become a beast in the kitchen. In addition to eating right, you need to get enough rest and remain consistent. That’s how you’ll become a beast like me.
There is a certain approach to becoming elite and food is a large part of it. A lot of my titan crew members ask me to double check their form. But what about their meals? I rather discuss food consumption and proper eating first and foremost.
