Here’s How To Build Massive Arms

You have got to see this! Check out the arm work I did with some MONSTERS! These guys are 300lb+ human beings that are lean and mean.

In this workout, we do six arm exercises. We start with three biceps exercises and then finish off with three triceps exercises.

Give this workout a try:

Dumbbell Curls
Barbell Curls
One Arm Hammer Curls On A Preacher Bench
Cable Triceps Pushdowns
Titan Press (This is a unique triceps exercise I created a few years ago. It is like doing a one arm overhead triceps extension but on an incline bend; you also use both arms at once here. Fast forward to 7:45 if you want to see this in action.)
Reverse Grip Cable Triceps Pulldowns/Pushdowns
Single Arm Rope Triceps Pushdowns/Kickbacks

We did three sets of each of these exercises.
