Overall, this is a pretty good ebook. I think it’s about 25 pages and it includes a great mini biography of Mike’s life and accomplishments with a bunch of old pictures and info. It includes info in nutrition and supplements, and If you aren’t familiar with scientific based nutrition, or you just need a place to start, you will find the basics here. The included workout program is also refreshing after doing years of high volume bodybuilding style training. I hope this leads to Mike releasing a memoir, or other ebooks.
Great knowledge, great program and great results. A must have for anyone looking for the best results. This is definitely worth it!!
