In this video I was halfway through the 30-day blitz! Mona added a little more caffeine to my pre workout mix to help me stay energized. The mix included 2 scoops of the Titan Series Pump Formula and Expresso.
I let it kick in, ate a burrito for my preworkout meal and then headed to the gym. Immediately after my workout I ate steak, mushrooms, rice, and a burrito.
