More than halfway through the 30-day blitz, we hit the back again!
A lot of people come to me dreading back day because it’s painful. The truth is back day should never be painful if you keep proper form and don’t over do it. It’s important to stay healthy and the way to do that is not by listening to your friends at the gym.
