Deadlifting with My Chiropractor

My chiropractor joined me to do deadlifts…that’s right deadlifts! He said “If I had to pick 1 exercise to do for the rest of my life, it’d be deadlifts. It stabilizes every muscle in your entire body.”

The first time I met Doc is when I saw him for my back. He told me straight up…it’s up to me to fix my back after each alignment. Can you believe it? He told me that I needed to do my homework to ensure my spine was properly aligned and guess what? That’s exactly what I did.
