The best way to recover after lifting

If you think recovery is lounging around staying off your feet all day, you’re doing it wrong!

For me, recovery involves taking great care of all of my muscles. I took a visit to my chiropractor and enjoy a deep tissue massage to prepare my body for the week of training.

Most of my followers are relatively young. When your young you think you’ll be young forever. I’ve been in the game for decades. The reason I can still train how I do is because I recover properly and reset for advanced training sessions.
